This page explains how access to UnitClose and its generated outputs is delivered after a successful subscription payment.

Digital delivery

UnitClose is delivered digitally as a web application. There is no physical shipment.

Current delivery expectation

Access to your subscription plan is available in your UnitClose account immediately after successful payment. Owner statements and bank-reconciliation worksheets are generated on demand inside the product after you upload the required export files and complete the review steps; typical jobs finish within minutes.

Delivery method

Generated outputs are downloaded directly from your account as PDF or ZIP files. Downloads are designed to be deleted from our storage after download or within 24 hours, so keep your own copies.

What can delay delivery

• missing, incomplete, or unreadable export files
• unresolved mapping or exception review steps
• temporary infrastructure or processing issues
• payment issues that suspend the subscription

If you cannot access your subscription or outputs

Check your Paddle confirmation email first to verify the payment completed. If access or a generated output does not appear after successful payment, email support@unitclose.com with your account email and, if available, your order number.
