Refund policy

Refund Policy

Refunds for purchases processed by Paddle follow Paddle's refund policy, including the exact request windows listed below.

Last updated: July 22, 2026

Paddle refund policy applies: Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant-of-record payment processor. Refund requests, withdrawals, cancellations, eligibility, processing timing, and statutory consumer rights are handled according to Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.

How to request a refund

Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, use the support link provided in your receipt or billing page, or visit Paddle buyer support and select the refund request option. You can also email support@unitclose.com and we will help route the request.

Global refund rule

Unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may issue discretionary refunds, and eligible statutory withdrawal or refund rights continue to apply.

Exact refund request windows

Paddle's discretionary refund window is 14 days from the transaction date. Statutory withdrawal windows may also apply by location: 14 days for consumers in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Turkey, and Israel; 7 days for consumers in South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada; and 5 days for consumers in Singapore.

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, Paddle processes it using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's buyer portal using the link in your transaction confirmation email. Cancellation prevents future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Paddle's terms or applicable law state otherwise. UnitClose also offers a 14-day trial on sample data with no card required, so you can evaluate the product before paying.

Fraud or refund abuse

Refunds will not be issued where Paddle identifies evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

What a refund does not mean

A refund decision does not change the nature of the service: UnitClose provides mathematical calculations based on data you supply and does not provide legal, accounting, or compliance advice. Review all outputs before use.
